Kepala Teknik Tambang (Maluku)
Requirements:
Male, max 45 years old
Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 (five) years in managerial level
Bachelor degree from mining engineering faculty
Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate from Dept ESDM
Fluent in English both oral & written
Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
To be located in Maluku islands, with rotation schedule.
DEPUTY SITE MANAGER
Qualification:
1. Male, max 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
4. Posses minimum POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Well understanding about mining operation (Exploration, Production, Laboratory, Quality Control, Health Safety Environment, and Reclamation)
8. Good knowledge about labor law, cost accounting, and supply chain management
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
10. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
11. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
12. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
13. To be located in Halmahera islands, with rotation schedule
MINE PLAN ENGINEER
Qualification:
1. Max 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty
3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
7. Taking care of quality of mine product
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
9. Fluent in English both oral & written
10. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
11. Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)
12. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
13. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
14. Will be located in remote area ( Halmahera island) with rotation schedule
Mining Production Superintendent (Maluku)
Requirements:
Maximum 40 years old
Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry
Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
Posses POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate from Dept. ESDM
Fluent in English both oral & written
Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
Plan and carry out mining work include: excavating, hauling and disposal of coal into the ROM according to the target (manpower, units, facilities, fuel, materials, days / hours of work and safety)
Plan and carry out construction of roads and bridges in the area of mines and their maintenance
Responsible for the utilization: manpower, units, facilities, fuel, consumable goods, materials and other facilities to support production
Responsible for the targeted production and productivity of equipment and manpower
Responsible for company assets that are under their supervision
Perform administrative tasks related to the scope of work, included in this responsibility is just to make daily reports, weekly and monthly production
Monitor the achievement of project targets that exist under its responsibility in accordance with the plan to be sure that project goals can be achieved, and analyze if the target is not achieved, and to take action to fix it. Included in this responsibility is to manage the PDCA cycle and do all the steps to problem identification and improvement actions
Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
To be located in Maluku islands, with rotation schedule.
