1. Microbiologist
Responsibilities:

1. Manage small projects
2. Review progress of projects and initiate appropriate actions tachieve project objectives
3. Responsible for performing microbiological testing on raw materials and intermediates
4. Participate in the development of protocols
5. Write project reports
6. Manage the microbiological laboratory

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Microbiology or related field

2. Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities:

1. Deliver innovative mechanical designs, fabrication, and specification for production
2. Create piece part and assembly level CAD 3D models, drawings and design specifications. Apply Six Sigma design principles tensure robustness and Design for Manufacturability
3. Develop specific mechanical components / mechanisms tbe integrated with final product
4. Plan, schedule and manage mechanical project deliverables in a coordinated, multi-disciplinary project team environment. Responsible for all mechanical aspects of each project from design through trelease ttooling and manufacturing
5. Ensure the integrity of all mechanical design outputs, including documentation, revision control, product regulatory testing and approvals, intellectual property opportunities, etc
6. Coordinate with other functions outside of R&D including production, product management, outside agencies, vendors, etc
7. Perform or direct tasks in support of new product development efforts such as drafting, literature, research, prototype fabrication, experiments, testing, etc. Assist in budget and resource forecasting for departmental activities and technical projects
8. Carry out performance optimization, cost analyses, prototyping, and design support for production

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant, preferably specialized in Design
2. At least 2-3 year’s of hands-on experience designing mechanical components and assemblies.
3. Good knowledge with 2D/3D CAD/ CAM software, preferably Vertex and Solid work, ProEng, and AutoCAD
4. Must be able tcreate parts, multi-component assemblies and dimensioned drawings tcompany standards. Strong ability with geometric and dimensional tolerance analysis, tolerance stack-up and tolerance optimization.
5. Strong background in materials, production fabrication techniques, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and processes including sheet metal processing, other background in injection molding, die-casting and machining will be an advantage.
6. Prior experience in a product development / R&D environment is an advantage

3. Electronics Engineer
Responsibilities:

1. Electronics design and product development, from conceptualization, initial design, prototyping, timplementation
2. Embedded system hardware and firmware design
3. Digital and analog electronic circuit design
4. Power electronics
5. PCB design and layout
6. PC software for monitoring and control applications
7. Carry out performance optimization, cost analysis, prototyping, until production
8. Component selection, testing, and evaluation
9. Work closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams tensure products meet all specifications
10. Hardware, firmware, and software documentation (design documents, flowcharts, operation manuals, test procedures, etc.)
11. Troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging of firmware and hardware for existing products
12. Writing of technical specifications for submission tsubcontractors for circuit design, firmware coding, contract manufacturing for certain products

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of products
2. Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities
3. Develops and implements methods and procedures timprove the quality of products
4. Maintain and improve the QC systems including metrics for each process

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
2. At least 1 year experience in QA / QC in a manufacturing company
3. Demonstrated Quality Control experience with knowledge of IS9001, SPC, and other QC tools
